Dhylles: When did you realize you were born an accomplishment?
Shade: After three years of living in Kazakhstan and I knew that I was called to do more. It was time for me to step into my greatness and share my gifts with the world. My goal is to empower, inspire, and encourage women to start their businesses.
Dhylles: When did you discover your shift in energy?
Shade: I discovered my energy shift over a year ago. I am in the process of seeing where this new direction takes me. I am so excited about where life is going to take me. I plan on enjoying each and every moment.
Dhylles: When did you come into your own?
Shade: I believe that coming into my own is a continuous process. The more that I speak and coach others, the more experienced and knowledgeable I become in my field. Growth is continuous and I believe that you can never fully come into your own because at each step, there are new levels to be reached and more to accomplish.
Dhylles: When did you learn to stop holding yourself back and start to take leaps of faith?
Shade: I learned to stop holding myself back when I decide to move overseas for 3 years. I was afraid of moving around the world by myself because I didn’t know what to expect. I was able to conquer that fear and turn a one year assignment into three years of traveling the world. I was able to learn more about myself by spending ample amount of time with myself. It was refreshing. It also gave me the push to return to the United States and start my coaching business because I wanted to inspire others to step outside of their comfort zone.
Dhylles: When did you stop looking for validation from others and started looking for validation from yourself?
Shade: I think that the self-validation comes from when you are finally ready to give yourself permission to live the life of your dreams. Many of us are looking for validation from others that may never come to pass from others. The turn point comes when we can ask ourselves for permission and go for it. It is so important to just try. You never know where your greatness will take you.
Dhylles: Thanks for sharing Shade!
