Dhylles Davis: Who is Andre Woodard?
Andre Woodard: Andre is a simple guy who has been blessed to raised by a great woman. (My grandmother). She taught me so much about right and wrong, but didn’t fully understand what she was saying until I was in the Army. Andre is driven by knowing he can always be better. He has a heart. He is always there for others and always there to help and teach.

Dhylles: When did you realize you were born an accomplishment?
Andre: Good question. Growing up, I was always told I was ugly and would never be anything. I had no self confidence. But through all of that, my grandmother and sister Sherry, always told me how special I was and to ignore people cause it was really them with the problem. But if I must pick a time it would have to be when I was in band in North Carolina. At 7 grade I was picked to march in the high school band and at 8th grade I was lead drummer. I will never forget that moment.

Dhylles: How do you stay motivated when you feel like giving up at times as we all do in life?
Andre: I stay motivated by keeping positive people around me. When I see my plan and it’s moving forward, I get even more motivated. Alot of people doubted me, but I’m doing way better than them, but I’m still willing to help them. Also, people who are doing what I’m doing at a higher scale and they tell me, they like what I’m doing, then I get more motivated.

Dhylles: Answer the following truthfully: I am most proud of blank because blank

Andre: I am most proud of heart and drive because it’s something my grandmother taught me how to use it correctly.

Dhylles: Thanks so much for sharing Andre! Much appreciated!
